Elise Kibler is an actor, director, and writer based in New York City.
She’s a graduate of NYU Tisch’s filmmaking program, where she simultaneously started her career in the theater working on and off-Broadway. As an actor, she can be seen in Adam Meeks' debut feature Union County (Sundance 2026), Nora Kaye and Daisy Rosato’s debut feature Sinner Supper Club (SXSW 2026), Jess Zeidman’s debut feature Human Theories (Triebca 2026), on MGM+’s American Classic, and on Netflix’s The Night Agent.
As a filmmaker, her pilot Cold Call (created by/written by Emma Lenderman) world-premiered in competition at SXSW 2026. Her screenwriting and directing debut Do It To Me If You Want (co-dir James Udom) world-premiered at Tribeca Festival in 2023. Her work has been developed at Glance Productions, Brooklyn City College, and currently at BRIC.
